She is great to communicate with and any issues we have had she has dealt with them promptly to get them fixed. Its been a pleasure to deal with someone who has not only excellent customer service but also keeps to her word and tries her hardest to keep everything running smoothly for us. This is something we appreciate as we have had bad experiences with other letting agents in the past. We have just completed on the purchase of our first home. Lucy was out estate agent and she was absolutely brilliant, she always answered our queries quickly and regularly called in to check on everything.
