Used them to search for a new property within Lytham St Annes. Nothing was too much trouble, all staff were approachable and personable whenever I contacted them. The sale 'fell through' - not due to agent's actions but due to vendor - but staff were still incredibly helpful and apologetic for my lost sale. Would recommend to anyone.

This branch have advertised two properties for me and found me fantastic tenants for both. The feedback when choosing the best tenant after block viewings is insightful and valuable and their whole procedure is smooth and very helpful. I've mainly dealt with Bethany, less so Victoria, both very professional, attentive, and human. Beth knows her stuff and proactively so.
