    Find some other agent

    Quotes for work requested need to be provided within 3years. I have no idea why they should take longer than this but they do. Property inspectors should be able to tell the difference between a detached house and a semi.

    Staff at E G Chorley were helpful and supportive throughout a lengthy process of selling and buying. They always got back to me when they said they would. I felt that I could contact them and be sure of a good response. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you all at Chorley E G for making a stressful experience less so.

    How to handle a house sale

    I was very pleased with there service and in particular I thought Anna the Irish lady was knowledgeable about her job. She is a very capable and professional employee and checked on every aspect of the transaction. She kept me informed at every step of the way.

    Finding new tenants for our apartment earlier in the year was quick and a good service. Since then the service from the Preston Branch is poor. Errors have been made regarding rental payment and deduction of fees, lack of follow up for visits and repairs needed. I have sent emails asking questions but received no responses at all, despite requesting answers on numerous occasions. 3 months ago I paid a visit to the branch and told them of my concerns regarding lack of communication by them. They replied they would ensure in future that my emails were answered. I am currently in Malaysia and again despite sending emails 2 weeks ago asking questions, I am still waiting for reponses. I have telephoned the office (at great cost from Malaysia) to try and get answers but was only told that my concerns would be passed on. I have since emailed the same questions again 2 days ago - still nothing. I am angry and frustrated and feel we are paying for service where there is little or no communication with me Prior to the new tenants being found and shortly after, I would have wholeheartedly supported and recommended Entwistle Green 100%. Now - I am considering moving to another management company unless I get satisfaction very soon

    Excellent quality service. Great work guys

    Tammy is amazing at her job. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for my family. We found a house (that hadn't been put on the martlet yet) that is now our beautiful home. We bought & sold within a week. Tammy feels more like a friend than an agent. I will certainly recommend Tammy & the Westhoughton branch. Thanks all
